During this workshop you will use the Life Rich Real Estate Inc process to :
- Learn where to start the process, how to identify the right place for you and understand how to do the due diligence on
your piece of paradise. - Identify your specific lifestyle needs & create your Personal Property Specification (PPS)
- Learn how to use the information from your PPS to create a developer profile and questionnaire that will help you to identify property that will match YOUR personal goals and objectives – without even leaving home!
- Hear from a lawyer about the due diligence necessary to ensure that you make an informed decision and a safe purchase.
- Use what you learn during the workshop to practice reviewing and evaluating some actual case studies from our portfolio.
The cost for the workshop: $29 per person (+ HST) or $50 per couple (+ HST)
The workshop is being held at the Holiday Inn @ Trafalgar which is less than a 5 minute walk from the Oakville GO & VIA train station.
