At Life Rich Real Estate Inc. our mission is to help buyers find the right property and then to buy with confidence. We provide our clients with a proprietary system to evaluate properties to ensure alignment with their values, life plans and goals. This proprietary system is based on the book, Life Rich Real Estate Inc. by Richard Dolan, an Investment philosophy that is based on the phenomenon of “Peoples Pursuit of Place with Purpose.”
We believe that by pre-qualifying both the buyer and the property before visiting the destination, we can raise the probability of a successful purchase.
The Life Rich Real Estate Inc. approach is three-fold:
I. Pre-qualify Developments for inclusion in our portfolio
- We conduct a due diligence process based on documents provided by the property owner or developer. Depending on the stage of the project, documentation requirements may vary.
- Once our due diligence review is completed, the property is included in our Property Portfolio.
- The due diligence information is available to prospective buyers (and their lawyers) even before the orientation visit. Our goal is to eliminate surprises on both sides.
II. Pre-qualify our buyer clients:
- We educate our clients on matching properties against their goals and within their budgets.
- We provide guidance on thinking through the realities of owning property in another country, and help the clients work to discover the elements that are truly important for them. When a client buys a property they are confident that not only can they live there but also can live a life rich in experience and joy – and then tell their friends about how happy they are with their purchase.
- We help them select properties from our Property Portfolio that match their needs and resources.
- We assist in arranging for an orientation visit for them to visit the property or properties in the area they have chosen.
III. Pre-qualify Real Estate Brokerages/Realtors®
- In each destination we have at least one Life Rich Real Estate Inc. Accredited Brokerage.
- Agents within that brokerage, who work with our clients, will be Certified Life Rich Real Estate Inc. Advisors. They will also be instrumental in establishing and maintaining relationships with the developers in the Life Rich Real Estate Inc. Portfolio in addition to assisting our buyer clients.
What can you expect when your development is included in Life Rich Real Estate Inc. Property Portfolio?
After Life Rich Real Estate Inc. has completed the due diligence review of the development as measured against the Life Rich Real Estate Inc. criteria it is included in the Portfolio. We then promote it through numerous channels that include but not limited to:
- Life Rich Real Estate Certified Advisors network
- The I.R.E.S. (International Real Estate Specialists) network of REALTORS® with a membership globally of 7,000+
- FIABCI, the International Association of Real Estate Professionals based in Europe
- Life Rich Real Estate Inc. Seminars – regular seminars held for both Buyers and REALTORS®
- Life Rich Real Estate Inc. Events – held several times a year with the focus on buyer education and information. E.g. discussing how to buy Life Rich Real Estate Inc. and other topics of interest – tax planning, legal issues, etc.
- Life Rich Concierge – providing elite clients with personalized services including escorted property tours and special events
- A link from the Life Rich Real Estate Inc. Property Portfolio on the website will take interested buyers to detailed information and the opportunity for the client to request a personal consultation.
- Information on your development will be distributed through our network of professionals & our databases through our e-newsletter
- You will be provided with a Life Rich Real Estate Inc. Logo suitable for use on your website, literature, etc. to indicate your inclusion in our Portfolio
- The Life Rich Real Estate Inc. Brokerage in your destination will be notified of your inclusion in the Portfolio and detailed information provided for their files and clients.
Additional Opportunities
From time to time we are able to offer a number of additional marketing options (at additional cost) to properties that are included in the Life Rich Real Estate Inc. Portfolio. Prices for these services and opportunities will vary depending on the level of involvement chosen by the development (i.e. exclusive or shared participation). We suggest that you create an allowance in your budget to take advantage of these as they become available. Participation is on a first come-first served basis.
These opportunities include but are not limited to:
- Monthly marketing options
- Enhanced prominence and presence on our website
- Property featured at an event
- Sponsor a booth at events, conferences and exhibitions
