Our methodology is based upon pioneering work done by Dr. Paul Stoltz of Harvard University in the area of “Happiness Economics” which Wikipedia defines as:
The quantitative study of happiness, positive and negative affect, well-being, quality of life, life satisfaction and related concepts, typically combining economics with other fields such as psychology and sociology. It typically treats such happiness-related measures, rather than wealth, income or profit, as something to be maximized.
It is important when considering buying a second, retirement or vacation property to understand what lifestyle elements are important to you the buyer, what needs to be there that will have you wake up everyday happy that you bought the property!

We do this by initially by helping buyers to create a Personal Property specification & lifestyle profile either at one of our signature ‘Know BEFORE You Go’ workshops or through personal consultations. Working from this we create a Personal questionnaire for a buyer and using this we can suggest locations/properties that match a buyers profile.
Life Rich Real Estate Inc. believes strongly in the value of looking before buying. We can assist in arranging a ‘Try BEFORE You Buy” visit to locations/properties of interest either as a private visit for individuals and couples, or as part of larger sponsored events.
We maintain a network of carefully selected and locally licensed realtors trained as Life Rich Real Estate Certified Advisors™ to provide on the ground support. We partner with carefully selected developers whose properties are reviewed against our due diligence criteria. Our due diligence includes reviewing land title, financial statements, copies of standard purchase agreements, home owner association documents, evidence of title insurability and a number of other key documents. We keep electronic copies on file of the documentation we receive from the developers.
Rest assured there is never any pressure to buy one of the developments in our portfolio, they are simply developments that we have documented and reviewed.
